Hey everyone,
I have a customer that's currently having issues accessing the SNTC Portal!
They've already gotten administrator rights, they've got their account associated - every time they try to sign-in, they get kicked back to the registration page. If they try to register, it says they already possess a portal. They've tried on multiple browsers as well.
Currently at a loss in regards to how to help them access it, any assistance would be greatly appreciated - I've gotten credentials and CCOID and all that, but also can gather more info if necessary.
