Customer Lacking DA Access to Portal & CSAM.

Hey everyone,

We're trying to assist a customer gain access to their SNTC portal. We are a CBR Admin partner with their portal, but they have no portal administrators nor do they have a delegated administrator from what it seems like. Any documentation on the matter seems to be gone in terms of former DA, etc. and we'd like to help assist the customer and install them as the new DA if possible - please assist, thank you!

As updated via private message the customer should have access to the account.

For further review please private message me the customer name and userid of CBRAdmin that has access to the customer account
