Customer receiving unwanted auto-generated emails about setting up SNTC, although SNTC Portal is indeed set up

Hello,

I was sent here after trying other support routes.

I have a customer who is receiving unwanted emails to multiple users about setting up their SNTC Portal, but their Portal is already functional.  It is becoming very frustrating for this customer to keep receiving these emails. 

Can these emails (from customerexperience@path.cisco.com)  stop being sent to the entire company domain?

I can provide further sensitive information through a better medium upon request.
