Customer unable to accept agreement on CSAM

Have a customer that went through this issue a few months ago, now seeing it again.  He's the DA, but when he logs into CSAM it's asking him to review agreement again, but there is nowhere to click.  He's tried both 

https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam and 

http://cdceb-prod.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/ in 3 browsers and gets same issue.

Hello,

 

I have re-nominated the user for DA since it had been over 2 years since he was previously nominated.

 

Please have the user try again in a new browser: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam
