Same customer. Fixed the CCO User ID access with CSAM tool. Still can not access portal. Believe the issue is around the company name/s not associated correctly.

Hi Gary,
I see that Nilesh assigned the SNTC role to himself just today. We just needed to wait for sometime to reflect those changes in the system.
You may ask him to access the portal now and let me know if the issue persists.
