We have a customer attempting to grant us CBR Admin access. Our CCO ID is associated with our partner company, we do own a Smart Net contract for this customer, and the CCO ID is associated to the contract. Can someone assist, please?

I am also having an issue. We own all the customers Smartnet.

The customer tried without dates and it still will not allow them to add us.

Hi Deanna,
We opened an internal case with the CSAM team as this seems to be a malfunction on the tool.
We'll update you when the issue is resolved or we receive any updates.
