Hi everyone, I have a customer that no longer has their former DA present within the company. They're unsure of who it was, but they have access as a user still, but need CSAM Access in order to sort things out.
I have the necessary information for this and would like assistance in transferring DA rights from the former DA to the new DA. Thank you.

Hey Smartnet,
The CCO you have provided is now a DA for the company. They can now add/remove users and provide necessary access roles.

Please private message me the CCO ID of the user who has access to SNTC currently. Also provide the customer company name.
