DA Registration fails with a "Oops" message

Hello,

Another problem with customers doing the onboarding and DA registration.

The customer CCO is linked through SAMT to the contract.

We go to tools.cisco.com/smartservices, log with the customer CCO ID, put the contract number and a valid SN, then we choose the address and then...

Already cleaned the browser cookies, tried with IE, Chrome and Firefox. Nothing works...

I already helped many clients with this onboarding process and this particular message I never saw before.

Tried to get help on the ask-smart-services@cisco.com but they just told me to write here in the community, so here I am.

The collector is deployed, configured, all the rules on the firewall already made. We just need to register the DA, generate the entlitement, put it on the collector via GUI and configure it for the first dicovery.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello, this problem should be addressed in the next release.

For the time being, this seems to be linked to the languate set on the browser.

Can you please verify that your current language options are set to US-EN?
