I am trying to select various reports from the list on the left-hand menu bar (e.g., "Devices | Device Under Multiple Contracts") only to get told "Based on your Data Filter selection, you have no access to this report". This also happens at times when I make a selection that returns a large dataset (e.g., "Inventory | All Equipment") and then try to use the Search window to search for a particular host. I can't even find a definition of "data filter" in the User Guide. What's going on? Thanks.

Chrome incognito doesn't fix either. It's totally hit or miss on whether it will work.
