Date collected of an specific Serial Number

HI, 

I need to know when was "the first time seen" on portal of a list of Serial Numbers.

I need a report with the exact date of an item was discovered.

Any help is highly appreciated

Hello,
You can find the first discovery date of a device on the CSPC GUI in the "Manage Device List".

Is there a way to access the CSPC GUI in the SNTC portal?

If so can you tell me how to access it, I have been searching for it for a long time now with no luck.

Hello Enrique,
Unfortunately CSPC UI access is not available directly from the Portal. You can reach out to the customer and request them to look up the device locally on the CSPC UI. You will navigate over to Reports -> Managed Device List -> Search for IP and see the data.
