Delegated Admin - denied access to CSAM Portal due to permissions

I have a dicussion opened with Jarret Pomeroy from Cisco, where originally ask for add my user´s company (partner company) as CBR ADMIN for customer beacuse originally Delegated Admin could not. 

 

Jarret is not responding, so I am asking help here.

 

Due to Cisco confusion, they removed Delegated Admin user and added as CBR Admin as result Delegated Admin has access denied to CSAM PORTAL.

 

I would like to ask your help in order to fix this.
