Device import via Solarwinds NCM not reflecting under inventory

Today the devices were imported via the SolarWinds connector for SNTC.

 

Now we see the transaction, but those devices are still not displayed in the SNTC portal under inventory and segment. Refer attachment for the screenshots.

Thanks for the details. I think I have found the issue.
The Solarwinds upload was sent to the "wrong" company. When setting up the upload, you're asked to choose the company address, but it appears there are multiple entries and the one you selected does not have SNTC enabled.

I'll message you privately to indicate what address should be chosen. You will need to perform the upload one more time.

165263 is the Trxn ID and name, also I had share these details in the attachment with my previous post. Pls refer.
