As we are not able to do the sync between CSPC collector and SNTC portal, please help us how to do manually, its very urgent.

what is the version of CSPC ? there are some issue around with 2.7.X ?

CSPC Base Collector version is 2.6.

Please note that CSPC 2.6 is past LDoS
You may need to update the CSPC or redeploy to the latest version, 2.8.1
Please see my response regarding the export of the Collection File that you may use to import into SNTC.

Please find the attached workflow to export the upload file from the CSPC. This file can then be used to import into the SNTC portal using the instructions located in the SNTC User Guide, https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/services/sntc/portal_user_guide.html
