Device Properties difference between CSPC and SNTC

CSPC version: CSPC 2.8.1.2.

 

Can someone explain the reason why Device properties are different between SCSP and SNTC?:

I should review all my device in SNTC because of the above issue. Please let me know how I can fix it.
