Device serial numbers and other device data not uploading to SNTC portal

When you have a successful upload, but the portal is missing serial/contract data/SNMP Sysname, etc. does that mean there was no collection prior to the upload?  This has happened a couple of times with this customer.

Hello Jeffrey,

 

Do you know if they're uploading with the Collection Profile or an Upload Profile? If they are using an Upload Profile, best practice would be to go under Settings <> Manage Upload Profiles <> Select the Upload Profile <> Select Single Collection Profile radio button and make sure the Upload Inventory box is checked.
