Devices Covered in Contract not appear

Good afternoon,

 

We have some contracts linked to the SNTC in which they do not present the actual amount of equipment linked to it.

 

I can guarantee that the devices are being collected, just the link even if it is not being made.

 

Attached is a print (Image02) in which the contract XXXXXXX presents 8 devices, but in the real contract, there are more than 40 devices ... Among them, devices that are being collected correctly by the CSCP.

In addition, in many cases, some equipment has only the "POWER SUPPLY" with cover, without the appearance of "CHASSI".

 

Any solution for this case?

Can you please send me some sample serial numbers that show us as Not covered in SNTC Portal?
