Difficulty Registering for Portal

All,

We are trying to get a collector installed at a site where we are performing a CISCO funded Network Assessment. The client is running into major difficulties trying to register on the portal. Even though all contracts are associated with his CCO he gets the following error when registering.

When I follow that link I get this

Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now

You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.
Learn more about Smart Services or review technical discussion, blogs and videos about Smart Services here.

1.     Log into Cisco.com Profile Manager at https://tools.cisco.com/RPFA/profile/profile_management.do.

2.     Navigate to "Organization" tab.

3.     Navigate to "Request Company Association".

4.     Follow the instructions displayed in the UI.

5.     Your company's Delegated Administrator will be notified.

When he tries to follow the directions there is no step 3 in his account.

I have been through the gauntlet with support on this and I am hoping that someone within this forum can possibly have an answer.

Thank you

Gregory Payne

Hi Gregory,

Does this engagement have an NLS1 contract associated with it? If not, I would follow the self-installation instructions located here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/12566021/new-smart-net-total-care

If there is, there should be an SNTC Services Onboarding Manager assigned to the deployment who could assist you with this. If that is the case, please reply back with the customer name and contract number and I will try to help you identify who that is.

Thanks,

Nathalie Picard
