I have a strange issue where two devices that are pulling into the portal should be showing in the Covered section. They appear on CCW-R as covered devices. They are active contracts, etc. The issue that lies in this is that the device IS being pulled into the portal. They're showing inside the portal under 'All Equipment', however, the devices themselves won't show in Covered or Uncovered (or even the other tab such as expiring within 90 days, etc.).
My question is what would be the issue if a covered device is not showing in the Covered or Uncovered sections, but is showing in the All Equipment section. (Again, this device is verified as covered on CCW-R, so there is no doubt that it currently has SMARTnet on them.)
If it helps, the part number is WS-C6509-V-E for both devices.
Please private message me the company and inventory names of the SNTC instance you are seeing this with. Also provide the serial numbers of the devices you are seeing this with. I will check some details.
