Dynamic Device Groups using Device Host Name not working for my devices

Hello - has anyone had any luck using Dynamic Groups (Settings -> Device Groups...) using Device Host name on the local collector portal?

When I tried creating a rule, even a simple test one that should match a single device hostname exactly, it showed no match; however, if I used "Device IP Address", that worked fine.

Has anyone else seen this issue and/or can you replicate internally?

On a side-note, what is the best way to match using hostname "contains" in a case insensitive manner?

My apologies for the delay in responding. Can you clarify which tool you are referring to? Device Groups is not an option in the SNTC portal. Could you be referring to Segment creation?
