ECDN Support versus SNTC

Can someone please provide a succinct explanation of the differences, if any, between ECDN 8x5xNBD and SNTC 8x5xNBD. Thanks in advance!

virtually the same.  ECDN is focused on Collab items and was created for the legacy Tandberg items.  Connect dots also says ECDN gives software upgrades where SNTC does not, but they both do IOS.
