Hi,
We have registered a valid smartnet and serial number in the Smart Net process with our licencias@arabela.com account, after this we received a email with the following content:
Dear Licencias Arabela,
Thank you for your request to become a Delegated Administrator. Please click the following link to confirm your email and proceed with registration.

We have proceeded with the registration 2 days ago but we still can not enter the portal. It seems that it tries to enter but later a message appears that I show in the image that I have attached.
Please help us.
