Entitlement file generation failed

I've tried to generate a new CSPC entitlement but I've got the error below.

Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If issue persists, find help in the community

Please help me.

Hello,

There were some intermittent issues with some of the portal’s features yesterday.
One of this was affecting certificate generations, this issue should be fixed now.

Please try to generate a new certificate today and see if you still receive issues.
