The Internal Server error is a generic error and we need to find a more specific root cause

We will need to connect via ssh to the user collectorlogin and then su to root

if you only have access to the admin cli user (reminds that the authentication of admin CLI and not the same as the GUI per se )you can activate and generate the passwords with the commands below

If you do have have that access connect via SSH using the admin user and its passwords ad do the following :

admin#  pwdreset collectorlogin 90

and

admin# pwdreset root 90

If you already have access to collectorlogin and root access do the following

Connect to the user via ssh collectorlogin then su to root as shown below

$ su root

and then send me the output of the following commands on a private message.

# tail -100 /opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/CONN_TEG_LOGS/tail-end-gateway.log

# openssl s_client -showcerts -connect concsoweb-prd.cisco.com:443

# tail -100 /opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/nohup.out

# wget https://72.163.7.113/HeadEndWebAppServlet/ --no-check-certificate

Commands attached.

Thank you for providing the logs the present specific error found on the logs is :

196: 0.0.0.0: Nov 25 2019 06:50:16.441 -0200: %CONN_TEG-6-CONN_STR_INFO: %[ch=connectivityteg][mid=10003][requestTranId=99999999][applianceId=CSP0009043822][customerId=4548579][source=Connectivity][component=CONN_TEG][threadName=qtp718689743-23][className=com.cisco.ca.csp.conn.gateway.tailend.core.command.SendFileCommandHTTPS][methodName=uploadFileILB][lineNumber=499][isRemote=false]: message: uploadFileILB...

This particular error denotes synchronization problems and requires the configuration on NTP server on the collector.  Please with the IP of NTP you use in your organization connect via ssh to the user admin and issue the following command

##############################################################################################

[collectorlogin@localhost ~]$ su
Password:
[root@localhost collectorlogin]# su admin

Cisco Network Appliance Administration
===========================================================================

To see the list of all the commands press '?'
admin# timesync

===============================================================================
Synchronize Appliance Time
===============================================================================
Ntp Server Address [pool.ntp.org] :                           <-----

Then run upload again,  if successful please return to this post and mark as resolved...if it gives the same generic or other error message please send me the new logs.. it is not uncommon once we fix this issue to  perhaps have another issue with a different error message

I set up ntp

   Ntp Server Address [pool.ntp.org]: 10.99.255.2

   Would you like to synchronize time with '10 .99.255.2 '(y | n)? y
Successfully updated NTP sync interval

I started the upload and showed the message below:

Attached Files.

It's solve.
