Sorry, I have replied back via private message on 1/29 since I am still not clear who is trying to get what access. Please clearly mention if user is trying to get SNTC portal access is partner or customer. Could you please summarize your issue again with all detail on contract, SN, company name (customer and partner), if user is partner or customer etc.
