Error register certificate in CSPC

I installed cisco collector, but at the time of registering the certificate is giving error and does not pass to the next step.

The customer is different to both.

The CCO used in the screenshot shows the same for both posts. Can you share the users you are using please?

Hello Alexandre11,

Can you please see if generating a certificate from the SNTC Portal for the customer will help you to setup and use the CSPC? This way you may not need to have a temporary trial certificate installed.
