Hello,
It looks like this error might be related to the browser language settings not set to English.
This issue is being worked on. Can you please retry the process, but changing all settings to "US English"?
Please let us know if that works.

Now I'll must to change my user ID, because we have a shared account and it's not possible according to Cisco Access Policy.
