Did the Cisco server connect, when you entered your valid CCO cisco credentials into the "Server Connection Setup" section?
The SNTC collector must connect to the Cisco upgrade server before you can hit "Upgrade Now" in the "software updates" section.

Hi,
We were able to start the upgrade, but the process is frozen.
The page is locked and the update does not happen.
We tried on Chrome and Firefox.
