Error when trying to register in SNTC Portal

Hello

 

When trying to register in SNTC portal I receive the error:

 

Oops! Something went wrong...
We are unable to process your registration request at this time. Kindly retry later. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am in charge of this post, I will assist you with further troubleshooting on this issue.

Please share the below details in a personal message to proceed further:

Company name:

party id:

contract number:

serial number:

CCO and email id of the user:

Hi , 

 

As we looked into the issue , we have successfully registered the user on the portal by following steps : 

  • Manual Onboarding is done for the customer.
  • First we have assigned the customer as DA for the company .
  • We have also enabled the Services for the company.
  • The customer has given the CA role to access the SNTC Portal for the company .
  • And we have run the BDB Scripts accordingly for the manual push .
  • The customer is manually pushed into the SNTC Portal.
  • The customer is visible as the Customer Administrator of the SNTC Portal.
