Hello,

Can you confirm what version the collector is on and if a proxy is configured?

Thanks,

Taylor

We do not have a proxy for this service, the computer has its DNS properly configured and it has internet access.

Build name: Collection Platform Software 2.7.4
Version: sp-30.0.4-4-0-0-lnx64

Hello,
Do you have any progress on this problem?
I would like to know if you need any additional information to help us set up the trial.

Hello,

When the collector tries to apply for a trial license, it will try to connect to concsoweb-prd.cisco.com (72.163.7.113). Can you confirm the collector has connectivity to concsoweb-prd.cisco.com?

Thanks,

Taylor

When I am setting up a trial, should I be registered in the STNC portal with a valid contract?

Hi,

A valid contract is not required to register the collector in eval mode since the collector cannot upload with an eval certificate. Can you restart the collector and run a packet capture on the traffic leaving the collector when you try the eval cert again?

Thanks,

Taylor
