Expired collectorlogin account

I am getting the message "Your account has expired; please contact your system administrator" when attempting to log in CLI on either console or SSH with the collectorlogin username.  Need assistance in recovery.

Hi Tom,

 

Please try to access the VM console and login there as root.

Use the same command pwdreset collectorlogin 90.

Please let me know if this works for you.

I was able to reset all my passwords.  Sequence:

Log in as root from console, reset the root password at login

As root on console, su admin, reset the admin password as prompted

SSH as admin, used pwdreset collectorlogin 90
