WRT the following '[Cisco SNTC status] Investigating : The file import feature to manually upload device data is unavailable'

“The file import feature to manually upload device data is unavailable to customers who do not currently have an inventory available to select in the SNTC portal. Our engineering team is working to address the issue. Please see the SNTC Support Community for updates as they become available.”

 

I noticed this o Monday, the workaround I elected to conduct was just to re-create the inventory using the same name as the one(s) that were found missing.

This appears to have worked (for the 6 collectors/inventories affected) okay…

Thank you for the work around. We're happy to see that helped.  The manual file import issue has now been addressed.
