Former DA Left Company. Customer Needs Access.

Hey everyone, 

I have a customer that has had their DA leave and no longer has access to the SNTC Portal as a result. 

Any assistance would be appreciated - thank you!

Hello,
The former DA has been removed and the new DA nominated, they now must accept the Terms and Conditions to gain access the CSAM and from there they can create new roles for accessing the SNTC portal.
Let me know if you have any remaining questions.

Can you provide the CCO IDs of the former DA as well as the new DA, along with the name of the Customer in a private message please?
