Former DA Left Company. The Customer needs DA Access.

Hello,

I have a separate case and incident where another customer has their DA no longer present in the company. They need access to the SNTC Portal as a DA - please provide assistance on this matter, thank you!

Hello,

Can you provide the CCO IDs of the former DA as well as the new DA, along with the name of the Customer in a private message please?
