I have a Global customer who is setting up the SNTC portal. As I sit with the gentleman who is to be the delegated admin, we only see North America as a choice for setting up the portal. This is fine for now, however the goal is to bring in UK and Asia as well to the same portal.We have not set up the portal yet.
Can we go ahead and set up the portal for NA, and then add in UK and Asia devices through the collectors at a later date? Is there something I need to do with Services team on the back end to get the global entity to show up or at least the other 2?
