GUI password error CSPC 2.7

Hi, 

 

We have a CSPC 2.7, but the GUI access is block, add the imagen error, we try with many browsers, and nothing, we have normal access by CLI, but by GUI is not possible, we try to change the password in the forgot password option and the error message is diferent, we answer correctly  the 3 questions but is not possible do the change of password.

 

is possible change this GUI password by CLI? or waht can we do for reset that access please.

Hi,

 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a feature available to allow us access to reset the CSPC GUI Admin password.

 

The easiest and fastest way would require you to spin up a new VM.
