Hi,
we primarily use the services portal for PSS. One of our customers has added me as a user for their SNTC collector. This was done this morning and i received the email saying i have been granted access.
when i access https://services.cisco.com/ i only see the PSS and PSS EA options.
How long until i get access to the SNTC for this customer :)

Hi Mike,
I'm happy to hear your access is available. We generally say to allow up to 24-hours.
