Hello,

Please advise how SNTC portal defined access points if CSPC does not refect AP and we see only WLCs?  CSPC with 2.7

Correct. CSPC is not designed to be an inventory reporting solution. So it only shows you the primary inventory of the directly-managed devices. You would have to look into the collection data for the bsnaptable dataset to see the raw collected data.

When CSPC talks to the WLC, it collects the bSNApTable MIB which contains all the Access Points. The backend system processes that before displaying in the SNTC portal.

Dear Chris,
Please confirm if my understanding is correct: You mean that the CSPC collects information about access points via WLC and transfers this data to SNTC portal, but does not display APs on it's Dashboard or Managed Devices?

Correct. CSPC is not designed to be an inventory reporting solution. So it only shows you the primary inventory of the directly-managed devices. You would have to look into the collection data for the bsnaptable dataset to see the raw collected data.
