How to add new Contract numbers?

I have two contracts numbers that are not showing up in the Smartcare Tool how do I add them manually?

Hi Gregory,

You do not add contracts to the SNTC portal, rather you upload the devices to portal. The device data is reconciled against Cisco databases and associated contracts are then displayed.

Ensure that your CSV file includes devices from the two missing contracts to view contract status in the portal.

Hi Gregory,

 

Contract will show up only associated devices with given contract imported via csv file to SNTC Portal in case of CSV file import.
