How to convert a SmartCare collector appliance to SmartNet Total Care

Hello,

I have a CAAPL-2010-SCS-K9 appliance and I'd like to convert it to CAAPL-2100-SNT-K9. Is this possible?, How can I do it?

Hello Victor,

Unfortunately it is not possible to convert a Smart Care appliance over to a SNTC CSPC appliance.  However, there is a lot of available information to help you get started using SNTC and setting up an appliance.
