When these errors are seen during the initial CSPC set up, please open an SSH session to the CSPC as admin and generate the passwords for 'collectorlogin' and 'root' users if you have not already.
The commands to do so are;
# pwd collectorlogin 90
# pwd root 90
Once you have these passwords open a duplicate session and login as 'collectorlogin' then su to root. Then you can run the command to restart adminshell services and attempt to apply the configuration through the CSPC GUI.
# service adminshell restart
