How can I register a new smartnet contract within "SmartNet Total Care"

In the portal go into the customer, Contract View, and then click "Import Contracts".
Note you still need to register the contract against your CCO profile to get the contract rights.

I, too, am having issues with contracts not showing up in the Total Care webapp. I have three contracts associated with my account in the CCO Profile Manager however they do not seem to be transferring over.

Hello,
The contracts listed in the SNTC portal are limited to the contracts linked to discovered and collected devices, not the user account. Therefore, if you have contracts for which devices are not in your SNTC portal inventory, they will not be listed in the portal.
