How to register SNTC Collector

Are you trying to deploy a new Collector 2.10 or are you trying to get the services for SNTC to the already deployed Collector?

I already  deployed new collector 2.10. for this deployment its asking three option

1) cisco certification file

2) Register your account - I have our company profossinal account. i am not able to register.

3) take old back up data

Kindly help me for  this issue.

Hi,

Please generate the entitlement from the SNTC portal and then select the first option to apply the generated entitlement in the CSPC.

Dear Gaurav,

         I have deployed 2.10 SNTC Controller on virtual machine. after deployment I am not able to register SNTC Portal. I am trying to register our cisco credential but its asking contract ID. we dont have contract id because of its deployed in virtual machine. kindly help me for CSPC controller registration and find attached error screenshot also.
