If the company already has a Delegated Administrator (DA), the subsequent users from that company can use the self-service on-boarding process to request access to the portal. The user will go through the process as if they are requesting to become the DA. After the request has been submitted, and we determine the company already has a DA, we forward the request to the existing DA.
