How to upload data to cisco portal ?

I am not able to upload data to Cisco web portal?

Do i need to create upload data profile? if yes how? 

I am able to successfully run data collection profile. When I setup data collection profile at bottom of it there is checkbox which say upload it to remote server which I have checked but not able to see any device data in Cisco smart care web portal.

The checkbox should have already been selected for the upload. What version of the OVA did you deploy?

I am on version 2.6

I am on version 2.6

When I go to past upload job, status say "failed"

Server has correct time.

May I know what is difference between upload profile and data collection profile in perspective of upload to cisco ?
