I can't add a user as a company administrator - user already associated error

I'm trying to add a team member as an administrator to SNTC Portal and I get the error attached. "User is already associated to another location in your company's hierarchy" 

 

Has anyone seen this before?

We were able to correct this issue by having the user remove the previous company via the link below.
