Hello.

The upgrade button on the UI is a bit buggy.

Please attempt to perform the upgrade from the command line, using adminshell.

You are being affected by #CSCvk10422

Regards.

How I do the upgrade with the adminshell?

Hi,

What is your current version of collector? This can be found from command 'show version -d' from user CLI admin from collector. Will provide further steps accordingly

Thanks,
Supriya

Hi,

Please follow below:

# download sp-30.0.4-2-0-lnx64

<above will take about 45-90 min, you can check progress on duplicate session with user admin and use command 'show download'>

once above download is completed, please follow below:

# apply sp-30.0.4-2-0-lnx64

<this may take about 2 hr, please do not perform any activity via collector during upgrade progress>

You can check apply progress/log via root user (please login as CLI user 'collectorlogin' and use command 'su root' to login to user root:

# tail-f /opt/LCM/logs/install
# tail -f /opt/LCM/logs/apply

Note:
Once you use command 'tail -f /opt/LCM/logs/apply', specifically, there should be a line containing the phrase 'status db updation completed'. That means upgrade is done and can be confirmed via 'show version -d' command from user admin.
