I need access to SNTC portal

Hi Team,

when I want to login to SNTC portal, I got the message "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access."

Hi Marco,

It appears that you have Partner Support Services contracts with your partner.  Please work with them to pull reports from the PSS portal.

Once the steps are completed, access is usually setup within 24 hours.

on the link https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html it says that we need "An active smart-entitled contract number."

I think this contract number must be associated with your CCO ID.

But we don't have direct service contract with Cisco.

Our Cisco devices have service coverage thru partner service.
