Hi -- We have a customer who is incorrectly tied to a parent company that has SNTC already setup and that is causing registration issues. They have confirmed this company has no affiliation with them. How can we remove this association so the customer can move forward with registration?

Has the customer already tried self registration process and it's redirecting them to the existing DA?
Please send me the CCO ID of the customer who is getting redirected to work with existing DA.
