Incorrect data in SNTC portal

Hello,

 

I hve one issue in uploaded data for SNTC portal. The data in portal is not same data collected in collector.

 

After discovery, I hve 26 devices:

After uploaded, I hve 18 devices:

 

INV2.PNG

 

Some devices not is in portal.

Hello,
Can you please check to see if you have ran a new Collection Profile as well after your discoveries? After a device has been discovered on the CSPC, a new Collection Profile also must be ran to capture all latest device data and send up to the Portal.

Thanks for the screenshot - can you please run this profile one more time for me? We can validate it's collecting from all your devices once it uploads.
