Our community includes Cisco experts to answer your questions about the Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) portal and CSP-Collector. Click the navigation links below to access materials for using our service and supported collectors.
Thank you for your question. We recommend that all customers interested in installing the Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) on their own, wait for the upcoming release CSPC 2.5. CSPC 2.5 includes a device management wizard to decrease the time and effort required from our customers. In the interim, we recommend you utilize our File Upload feature to explore the benefits of the SNTC Portal and your smart capabilities.
Should be within the next few weeks. Once we know the exact date we will post here in the community.
